The mandatory $35 (plus tax) facility fee includes access to benefits designed to perk up your trip. Cancellation options vary depending on the rate which has been booked:

Do you offer special group rates?
During special events (such as citywide conventions), the hotel reserves the right to require guests with five (5) or more rooms reservations per night to enter a group contract agreement. Should the hotel require the group to do so, the hotel will notify your group. The group will have one week to enter a group agreement or cancel the group reservations. During non-special events, the standard group is ten (10) rooms per night.

How do I amend a booking made through a third party website?
