Soon, you’ll be able to book YOTEL stays directly on all Hilton channels, and when you book through Hilton, you’ll also be able to earn and redeem Hilton Honors Points for your stay.

I'm a YOTEL Club member - what happens to my account?
YOTEL Club officially closes on 15 July 2026. We'll be communicating directly with all YOTEL Club members ahead of this date to let them know what's happening, how to join Hilton Honors and claim their welcome offer.
Will guests still get the same benefits they had with YOTEL Club?
YOTEL Club and Hilton Honors are different programmes with different benefits. Hilton Honors is one of the world's biggest loyalty programmes, which means guests can earn and redeem points across 9,000+ hotels globally. There are additional benefits at YOTEL properties which will be aligned to the Hilton Honors elite tier structure (Member, Silver, Gold, Diamond & Diamond Reserve).
What happens to my existing reservations with YOTEL?
There is currently no change to your reservations. If you have a question or need to make a change, please continue to contact YOTEL as your primary point of contact. If any updates affect your reservation, we will notify you by email.
Will YOTEL still operate independently?
Yes. YOTEL remains independently owned and operated. Our focus continues to be delivering the hospitality experience guests expect from the brand.
How will I be informed about future updates?
As we integrate our reservations and loyalty systems, we will communicate directly with YOTEL Club members via email.
When will I be able to book YOTEL through Hilton’s channels?
By the end of 2026, our aim is for participating YOTEL properties to be available to book through Hilton channels and for Hilton Honors members to be able to earn and redeem points.
