Can I bring my pet with me?
YOTEL has a no pet policy, guide and service dogs are of course allowed, you must let us know if you intend to bring your dog with you in advance of your arrival.

Allergies?
We've taken some measures to try to make your stay at YOTEL as safe as possible. Naturalmat supply our mattresses which are organic and made of natural fibre, with hypoallergenic/anti-microbial fill made of coir, lambswool and latex. All our pillows and duvets are made of hypoallergenic fibre. All cleaning products are environmentally safe and non-toxic. Carpets are cleaned using a ‘true – stem’ extraction cleaning machine that sanitises and kills all kinds of bacteria and germs. The paint used throughout the hotel is ‘Low VOC’, which improves the overall air quality for guests and staff. We are proud to be LEED Certified.

We provide super-fast WiFi at our hotels. Its use is considered as the guest agreement with the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). YOTEL may change this Policy to reflect any variation in the law or whenever deemed necessary. The YOTEL WiFi may be used for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all current and future statutes in force. The guest agrees not to use the WiFi to send or receive materials or data which is in violation of any law or regulation or which is defamatory, offensive, abusive, indecent, obscene or in breach of confidence, privacy, trade secrets or in breach of any third party Intellectual Property rights (including copyright) or in breach of any other rights. Can I ship items to the hotel?
We can accept packages on your behalf. All items should be addressed to the registered guest and where possible state the date of check-in. Received packages must be picked up within 48 hours.
What is the minimum check in age?
You must be 21 years of age to reserve a room and check-in. Anyone under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid driver's license, passport or government issued ID. Photo identification must also match the name on the reservation.
Will YOTEL store luggage?
We offer luggage/item storage for guests. Our Mission Control Crew will be available to assist you.
Checking in and checking out
At YOTEL, we like you to be able to make the most of your time. We’ve replaced the traditional front desk with check in and out kiosks for a seamless stay cutting out all the queuing. You can access them 24/7 and should you need any assistance, the Mission Control crew is available round the clock too.
Our standard check-in time is any time after 3pm and check-out is any time before 11am. We offer an early check-in fee of $55 before 2pm. Our late check-out fee is $50 until 2pm; 50% of the best available rate until 5pm; and the full rate after 5pm. To add this to your booking, simply email us at [email protected].

Can I ship items to the hotel?
We can accept packages on your behalf for a small fee. All items should be addressed to the registered guest and where possible state the date of check-in. Due to limited storage, shipments should not arrive any earlier than 3 days prior to arrival. Stored packages must be picked up within 48 hours.
The following rates apply:
- $5 – packages up to 25lbs per package
- $10 – packages up to 50lbs per package
- Fee on items more than 50lbs is based on weight/size
Do you allow smoking at the hotels?
We have a strict non-smoking policy, and do not accept smoking anywhere on property. This includes all of our rooms and public spaces. There is a $500 fee that will be charged to anyone who violates our non-smoking policy.

Just a 15-minute drive or a quick ride via public transport or rideshare. Perfect for soaking up the sun and returning to city buzz.
What's the best way to get around Miami from the hotel?
Downtown Miami is walkable, and for further trips, the Metromover, Metrorail, or rideshares like Uber are easy and convenient.
Can you recommend a good place for a walk in Miami?
Stroll through Bayfront Park for waterfront views or visit Miami Riverwalk near the hotel, for a mix of scenic spots and dining options.

Do rooms have rollaways or cots?
We do not offer rollaways or cots.
What is the difference between booking a room and booking a PAD?
While we do believe your travels are entirely what you make of them, our rooms are designed for smart stays where you’re spending anywhere from 1 to 3 days with us, using your room as your homebase while off on explorations or conferences. PADs are designed for longer term stays for both business and leisure travellers, and anyone looking for a hassle-free solution to living accommodation and a comfortable space that feels like a home away from home.

Are there good restaurants near the hotel?
Yes, Downtown Miami is full of options, from waterfront seafood spots to international cuisine. Komyuniti, our on-site dining space, is also worth a visit.
How fast is the free WiFi?
Our super-fast WiFI is available anywhere on the property. Just connect your device and a prompt will pop up. We aim to provide a 20/20 service which means 20 mbps download and 20 mbps upload (mbps is megabits per second). We have no limit on the number of devices you can connect. For people who like techy details, we use Access Points that support “802.11ac” and is fully compatible with older devices.
Do you offer guest laundry facilities?
Let us take care of your finest threads. Just fill the laundry bag in your hotel room, select your service type, and drop it at Mission Control.
