We've taken some measures to try to make your stay at YOTEL as safe as possible. Naturalmat supply our mattresses which are organic and made of natural fibre, with hypoallergenic/anti-microbial fill made of coir, lambswool and latex. All our pillows and duvets are made of hypoallergenic fibre. All cleaning products are environmentally safe and non-toxic. Carpets are cleaned using a ‘true – stem’ extraction cleaning machine that sanitises and kills all kinds of bacteria and germs. The paint used throughout the hotel is ‘Low VOC’, which improves the overall air quality for guests and staff. We are proud to be LEED Certified.

We provide super-fast WiFi at our hotels. Its use is considered as the guest agreement with the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). YOTEL may change this Policy to reflect any variation in the law or whenever deemed necessary. The YOTEL WiFi may be used for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all current and future statutes in force. The guest agrees not to use the WiFi to send or receive materials or data which is in violation of any law or regulation or which is defamatory, offensive, abusive, indecent, obscene or in breach of confidence, privacy, trade secrets or in breach of any third party Intellectual Property rights (including copyright) or in breach of any other rights. YOTEL will always comply with local regulations. Any violations of systems or network security are prohibited, and may result in the guest-facing criminal and civil liability by local authorities.  We will not share your personal information. You must be 21 years of age to reserve a room and check-in. Anyone under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid driver's license, passport or government issued ID. Photo identification must also match the name on the reservation. 

At YOTEL, we like you to be able to make the most of your time. We’ve replaced the traditional front desk with check-in and out kiosks for a seamless stay cutting out all the queuing. You can access them 24/7 and should you need any assistance, the Mission Control crew is available round the clock too.

Our standard check-in time is any time after 3pm and check-out is any time before 11am.

We’ll be happy to look after your luggage if you want to go out and explore. We offer early check-in and late check-out for a small fee.

We offer luggage/item storage for guests. Our Mission Control Crew will be available to assist you.

Good news for pet owners! Furry friends are welcome to stay with their owners at YOTEL Washington DC. An additional fee of $100 plus taxes and fees will be applied to your reservation.

We have a strict non-smoking policy, and do not accept smoking anywhere on property. This includes all of our rooms and public spaces. There is a $500 fee that will be charged to anyone who violates our non-smoking policy.

Self-parking is available on-site with two different options.  

• $50 per night without in-and-out privileges
• $60 per night with in-and-out privileges (must request at Mission Control upon check-in)

Security Deposit: There is a $100 per night incidental hold / security deposit that is taken upon arrival. This is a temporary hold and will be released back to your original form of payment after check-out.

To amend or cancel a direct booking (made via YOTEL.com or through our Customer Service Representatives), please visit your My Account page or contact the hotel directly.

We do not offer rollaways or cots.

Let us take care of your finest threads. Just fill the laundry bag in your hotel cabin, select your service type, and drop it at Mission Control prior to 9am. Like magic, your laundry will reappear in your cabin by 6pm the same day. Service is available Monday - Saturday. Pricing and timing information is available on the laundry slip or at Mission Control. 

If you need to print, copy or scan anything, Mission Control on Ground level will be happy to help. The gym is open 24/7. This is fitted with state of the art fitness equipment.
