What are your cancellation policies?
Cancellation options vary depending on the rate which has been booked:

Updated Cancellation & No-Show Policy – Effective 1 November 2025
In the event of a no-show, one night’s room rate, applicable taxes, and a one-day facility fee will be charged.
This update applies to all rate plans that include a facility fee and are subject to cancellation or no-show penalties.
Guests are encouraged to review the full terms and conditions at the time of booking for complete details on applicable fees.

How do I cancel a booking?
To amend or cancel a direct booking (made via YOTEL.com or through our Customer Service Representatives), please visit your My Account page or contact the hotel directly.

You will need your booking reference number and the email address used to make the booking.
